Yes it is exactly 40 years ago today since Rhian Claire Mc Geer (known as Claire) was born. 40 years since her Mother gave birth to the wonderfully talented, exceptionally intelligent, undeniably gorgeous and of course modest Claire. Just about everyone who knows her is completely astounded by how good she looks for her age.

Claire (allegedly) works for the Welsh Assembly and many of her colleagues thought she was at least ten years younger than she is. Her impeccable dress sense combines style and fashion but this is only one factor in her youthful appearance, gallons of skin cream a month also go a long way to the finished product.

Claire's burnished hair (yes it's her natural color) is never anything but perfect - windswept being the new fashion!! But it is her piercing youthful eyes which are without doubt her most valued weapon. Men are hypnotised into doing just about anything Claire chooses to ask. A simple two or three second stare and you are her servant for life.

Details of how the happy event will be celebrated are a closely kept secret, although it is understood that the Welsh Constabulary have drafted in additional officers and cancelled all leave for the day. A police spokesman, Detective Malcolm Poole said "We're not taking any chances, close friends of the birthday girl have recounted a few stories and we felt it best to ... ... let's day monitor the event carefully." Although being found the worse for wear on many occassions, Claire's impeccable manners always result in formal written apologies being sent to all involved, or at least as many of those she can recall after recovering.

Throughout her 40 years Claire has always been considerate and kind, putting the lives of others before herself. Her unselfish manner and thoughtful consideration of those around her are just two of the reasons she has remained such a popular and likeable character. She has even continued her work even after the completion of the Community Service to keep her on the straight and narrow.

Daughters Megan and Skyla say her devotion (now the drugs have worn off) as a Mother has been truly exemplary and would like to wish their Mum a "Happy Birthday". (Please note the picture used is from archives and prior to the operation)
